When will I receive my photos? / ¿Cuándo recibiré mis fotos?
The day after your session you will receive a link with all the photos taken so you can choose your favorites. Edited photos are delivered within 7–10 business days after your selection.

Do you send unedited photos? / ¿Envían fotos sin editar?
No. We only deliver professionally edited photos. Each additional edited photo beyond your package is $35.

Do you print photos? / ¿Imprimen fotos?
We do not offer printing services. All photos are delivered digitally.

Can I bring extra outfits? / ¿Puedo traer outfits adicionales?
Yes! Each extra outfit beyond what is included in your package has an additional cost of $50. Outfits and fabrics must be selected at least 1 day before your session so we can have everything ready.

We do not offer makeup or hair services. Please arrive with your makeup and hair already done.

Can my partner and children join the session? / ¿Puede mi pareja e hijos participar en la sesión?
Package #1 is designed exclusively for the expecting mother. Packages #2 and #3 welcome your partner and children at no extra cost. If you bring a child who will not participate in the session, please bring someone to help look after them — our studio does not have staff available for that.

Yes! You can choose one maternity dress or fabric from our wide variety available in the studio, or bring your own.

What should I send before my session? / ¿Qué debo enviar antes de mi sesión?
Please send us your inspiration photos (Inspo) before booking or at least 1 day before your session so we can confirm we have everything needed to recreate your desired look.
Por favor envíanos tus fotos de inspiración (Inspo) antes de reservar o al menos 1 día antes de tu sesión para confirmar que tenemos todo lo necesario para recrear el estilo que deseas.
Booking & Cancellation Policy / Política de Reserva y Cancelación
How do I book? / ¿Cómo reservo?
Select your package, choose your date and time, and complete the booking form. A deposit is required to confirm your session. Selecciona tu paquete, elige tu fecha y hora, y completa el formulario de reserva. Se requiere un depósito para confirmar tu sesión.
When is the remaining balance due? / ¿Cuándo debo pagar el saldo restante?
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. We accept cash, Zelle, and credit/debit card. El saldo restante debe pagarse el día de tu sesión. Aceptamos efectivo, Zelle y tarjeta de crédito/débito.
When will I receive my photo selection link? / ¿Cuándo recibiré el enlace para seleccionar mis fotos?
Your edited photos will only be delivered after your session is fully paid. The selection link is sent only once — please make your selections carefully. Las fotos editadas solo se entregan una vez que la sesión esté completamente pagada. El enlace de selección se envía una sola vez — por favor haz tu selección con cuidado.
What is your cancellation policy? / ¿Cuál es la política de cancelación?
Cancellations require at least 2 business days' notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund or deposit credit. Las cancelaciones requieren al menos 2 días hábiles de anticipación para reprogramar. Las cancelaciones el mismo día no tienen derecho a reembolso ni a crédito del depósito.
What happens if I arrive late? / ¿Qué pasa si llego tarde?
A $50 fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and your session may be cancelled if there is another booking after yours. If there is availability later, you are welcome to wait. Se aplicará una penalización de $50 si llegas más de 15 minutos tarde, y tu sesión puede cancelarse si hay otra reserva después de la tuya. Si hay disponibilidad más tarde, puedes esperar.
Can I request a specific prop or set? / ¿Puedo solicitar un set o accesorio especial?
Yes! If you need something specific that we don't have in the studio, contact us and we'll quote the materials. This cost is separate from your package and must be paid at least 2 weeks before your session to ensure everything arrives on time. ¡Sí!
