🌟 Maternity Photo Studio – What's Included and Terms 🌟

✨Outfits and Options

  • Package #1: You can choose ONE maternity dress or fabric from our wide variety in the studio, or bring your own to look radiant during your session.


  • Package #2: You can choose TWO maternity dresses or fabrics from our studio, or bring your own.


  • If you wish to use an additional dress, you may do so for an extra charge of $50 per dress.


  • If you want to bring your own outfit for your photo session, you are free to do so. Just remember that each outfit counts as an extra change, whether you bring it or use one from our studio. If your package includes one change and you bring an additional outfit, it will be considered an extra change with a cost of $50. If your package includes two changes and you want to bring another outfit (3 in total), the cost will be $50 extra for the third change.


  • Dresses must be selected at least one day before the session to ensure they are ready at the studio. If you prefer to use fabric, it must also be chosen in advance so we can ensure it is ironed and ready for you.

📷 Photo Delivery

  • We do NOT print photos.
  • We do NOT send unedited photos. Each additional selected photo must be edited and will have a cost of $35 per image.
  • Edited photos will be delivered approximately 5-7 business days after your selection (no exceptions). If you need the photos for a specific date, make sure to book in advance.
  • The day after your session, you will receive a link with all the photos taken so you can select the ones included in your package. This link will only be sent once full payment has been completed.




👨‍👩‍👧 Can Someone Join You in the Session?



  • Your partner and children are welcome to participate in the session at no extra cost.
  • If you bring a child who will not participate in the session, please bring someone who can help take care of them, as the studio does not provide assistance for this.

💰 Booking and Payments

  • A deposit is required to schedule your session, and full payment must be completed on the day of the session.


  • Edited photos will only be delivered once the session has been fully paid.


  • Each package includes a specific number of photos. For example, if you book the 5-photo package, it already includes 5 edited photos. You will only need to pay $35 extra per additional photo starting from the 6th photo, if you wish to add more (this is optional).


  • Sessions must be canceled at least 2 days in advance if you wish to reschedule. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund or deposit reuse.

🎭 Inspiration and Preparation

  • We ask that you send us your references or ideas (Inspo) before booking or at least one day before the session, so we can ensure everything is ready and confirm that we can recreate the style you want.


  • If you want something specific that we do not have in the studio, you can send us a photo, and we will gladly provide a quote for the necessary materials to make it as close as possible to what you are looking for. To confirm the set preparation, the purchase of materials must be made. The payment for these materials is separate from the photo session fee and must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that the order arrives on time and we can assemble the set once all materials have been received.


  • It is important to bring nude-colored underwear or the closest shade to your skin tone for the best results in the photos.

⏳ Punctuality Policy

  • Package #1 (30 min session / 5 photos): Arriving 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and/or a $50 penaltyif another reservation follows yours. If there is availability later, you may wait and have your session after the scheduled clients are finished. This package includes 30 minutes of photography (including preparation), during which you can do different poses until your time is up or the next client arrives.


  • Package #2 (60 min session / 10 photos): Arriving 25 minutes late may result in cancellation and/or a $50 penalty if another reservation follows. If there is availability later, you may wait and have your session after. This package includes 60 minutes of photography, allowing the use of two outfits and two sets. Ideally, 30 minutes should be allocated for each change, during which you can do as many poses as possible until your time is up or the next client arrives.

  • Paquete #1: Puedes elegir UN vestido de maternidad o tela de nuestra amplia variedad en el estudio, o traer el tuyo propio para lucir radiante en tu sesión.


  • Paquete #2: Puedes elegir DOS vestidos de maternidad o telas de nuestro estudio, o traer los tuyos.


  • Si deseas utilizar un vestido adicional, puedes hacerlo con un costo extra de $50 por cada uno.


  • Si quieres traer tu propio atuendo para tu sesión de fotos, eres libre de hacerlo. Solo debes recordar que cada atuendo cuenta como un cambio extra, ya sea que lo traigas o utilices los del estudio. Si tu paquete incluye un cambio y traes otro cambio adicional, será un cambio extra con un costo de $50. Si tu paquete incluye dos cambios y quieres traer otro cambio adicional (3 en total), el costo será de $50 extra por el tercer cambio.


  • Los vestidos deben seleccionarse al menos un día antes de la sesión para asegurarnos de tenerlo listo en el estudio. Si prefieres utilizar tela, también debe ser elegida con anticipación para asegurarnos de plancharla y tenerla lista para ti.

📷 Entrega de fotos

  • No imprimimos fotos.
  • No enviamos fotos sin editar. Cada foto adicional seleccionada deberá ser editada y tendrá un costo de $35 por imagen.
  • Las fotos editadas serán entregadas en aproximadamente 5-7 días hábiles después de tu selección (sin excepciones). Si necesitas las fotos para una fecha específica, asegúrate de reservar con tiempo.

💰 Reserva y pagos

  • Para agendar tu sesión se requiere un depósito, y el pago total debe completarse el día de la sesión.


  • La entrega de las fotos editadas solo se realizará cuando la sesión haya sido completamente pagada.


  • Cada paquete incluye una cantidad específica de fotos. Por ejemplo, si reservas el paquete de 5 fotos, ya te incluye 5 fotos editadas. Solo deberás pagar $35 adicionales por cada foto extra a partir de la foto número 6, en caso de querer alguna adicional (esto es opcional).



  • Las sesiones deben cancelarse con al menos 2 días de anticipación en caso de querer reprogramar. Las sesiones canceladas el mismo día no tienen derecho a reembolso ni a reutilizar el depósito.

  • Si deseas algo específico que no tengamos en el estudio, puedes enviarnos una foto y con gusto te cotizaremos los materiales necesarios para hacer algo lo más similar posible a lo que buscas. Para confirmar la preparación del set, se debe realizar la compra de los materiales. El pago de estos materiales será aparte del monto de la sesión de fotos y deberá realizarse al menos 2 semanas antes de la sesión para asegurarnos de que el envío llegue a tiempo y poder armar el set una vez recibidos todos los materiales.



  • Es importante traer ropa interior color nude o lo más parecido a tu tono de piel para un mejor resultado en las fotos.

⏳ Política de puntualidad

  • Paquete #1 (30 min de sesión / 5 fotos): Llegar 15 minutos tarde puede resultar en cancelación y/o una penalización de $50 si hay otra reserva después de la tuya. Si hay disponibilidad más tarde, podrás esperar y hacer la sesión una vez que terminemos con los clientes programados. Este paquete incluye 30 minutos de sesión de fotos (incluyendo preparación), en los cuales podrás hacer diferentes poses hasta que termine tu tiempo o llegue el siguiente cliente.



  • Paquete #2 (60 min de sesión / 10 fotos): Llegar 25 minutos tarde puede resultar en cancelación y/o una penalización de $50 si hay otra reserva después. Si hay espacio más tarde, podrás esperar para hacer la sesión después. Este paquete incluye 60 minutos de sesión, permitiendo el uso de dos atuendos y dos sets.
